Just as important, the analysis of Zeon's medical claims has demonstrated the dollar gap in medical claims between Heuser Clinic participants and nonparticipants is widening. Heuser participant's medical costs decreased an average of $500 their first year of Heuser participation. We attribute this to a diminishing need for maintenance medications and the significant improvement in conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure.
